About HiMADRI
Background
Looking at the increasing need of quality learning resources like qualified faculty and research based study material especially in the field of technical and vocational education, a group of highly qualified academicians thought of making an organized effort in this direction. Out of the deliberations made by them a Trust was formed in the name of Himalayan Management and Development Resource Institute (HiMADRI) in the year 2007.
HiMADRI is a well contemplated effort for developing knowledge resources primarily for Technical Education, Continuing & Adult Education in the form of short term modules or capsule courses; some of them also leading to certification and diploma courses. This academic endeavour envisages imparting education to school and college students on various academic/non-academic subjects together with sensitization and awareness programmes on emerging social issues.

The Organization
Himalayan Management and Development Resource Institute, abridged as HiMADRI, is a registered Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882. The Trust was registered on 24th December 2007 at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
